2. Quotations and Pricing

- 2.2. A final, binding price will be confirmed on-site by our team before loading begins, based on the actual volume, weight, accessibility, and type of waste.
- 2.3. All prices quoted include reasonable labour, lifting, loading, transport, and licensed disposal fees.
- 2.4. We reserve the right to amend the price if the waste differs significantly from the initial description or if access to the property presents unexpected difficulties.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
- 3.1. Bookings can be made via our online form, phone, or WhatsApp. Same-day bookings are subject to vehicle and team availability.
- 3.2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window.
- 3.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking, or instances where our team arrives but is turned away, may be subject to a call-out/disruption fee of

4. Access and Customer Obligations

- 4.3. The Customer (or an authorized representative aged 18 or over) must be present at the start and completion of the clearance to confirm the items to be removed and sign off on the work.
5. Excluded and Hazardous Waste
- 5.1. As a licensed waste carrier, we legally cannot transport certain hazardous materials under standard clearance terms.
- 5.2. Items we do not accept include, but are not limited to: Raw asbestos, biological or medical waste, toxic chemicals, unsealed paint tins, gas canisters, ammunition, or raw sewage.
- 5.3. If hazardous items are hidden within general waste and discovered after collection, the Customer will be held liable for any specialized disposal costs, fines, or damages incurred by the Company.
6. Payment Terms
- 6.1. Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the waste clearance, unless alternative commercial account terms have been agreed upon in writing in advance.
